I have created 11 new domain cards for each of the 9 domains of our favorite game. However testing those cards is a long process, and I was not able to playtest all 10 levels of those cards. High level content is much harder to playtest for, and everything takes longer. As I cannot fit more Daggerheart games into my life, I have asked around me what I should do: publish the 10 levels for each domain with a disclaimer, or release the cards that I feel have been tested enough, namely from level 1 to 5?
And people smarter and wiser than me have encouraged me to release the first batch. This hopefully will be welcome by the community, and allow me to fund the art for Fearless Vol 2 a little quicker, and give me time to test cards from level 6 to 10 in the following months.
However, I have had an idea: I am releasing all 99 cards, from levels 1 to 10, on the Daggervault. I would love it if people could playtest some cards and give me feedback. The PDF is under 5$ on HOD and DTRPG, but you can access all cards for free if you prefer. Support me now, or support me later, it’s up to you. Play with the thing!
For the cover, I have used Anas’ School of Necrosophy Wizard. Illustrating the 99 cards would cost me more than I can afford. Who knows, one day 🙂
